Job Requirements
- Must be a Malaysian citizen
- Must be able to speak Chinese
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a Chef in a Chinese Restaurant AND at least 1 year experience as a DIM SUM Chef
Job Responsibilities
- Maximise the productivity of the Dim Sum staff
- Develop and implement innovative food ideas/concept, new or revised menu/recipe items to increase sales
- Coach the Dim Sum team on effectively managing costs while maintaining the recipe standards, and the cooking and preparation procedures
