Restaurant Supervisor
1. Customer Service:
- Great, serve and recommend beverages and ice cream to customers.
2. Preparation:
- Prepare ingredients for bubble tea / ice cream according to recipes.
3. Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the work area clean and follow sanitation guidelines.
4. Cash Handling:
- Process payments accurately.
- Handle cash transactions.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Communicate effectively.
6. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about menu items.
- Ability to explain to customers accurately on menu items.
7. Upselling and Promotion:
- Suggest additional items.
- Participate in promotions.
8. Adherence to Policies:
- Follow company policies.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
9. Inventory:
- Manage inventory and stocks, ensuring enough stocks for usage.
Job Requirements
- Friendly and cheerful attitude.
- Initiative and responsibility.
- Must have a mindset of establishing a profitable business
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Training will be provided
- Perform all tasks assigned that is related to operations of the outlet and company.
