Supervise the operations of Front of House & Back of House, assist Manager in new staff training, daily checks on cleanliness & general maintenance of restaurant, maintenance of food quality in accordance with Palsaik's standards. Able to communicate well with guests and colleagues. Someone who has a passion for food and hospitality and aims to deliver quality services to guests.
